SHIPPING POLICY
Our processing and handling times are 1-3 business days.
We have a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping within Australia. Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders over $100.

International Shipping is available for our Love Letters to Self Affirmation Cards.
We currently ship to the following countries:
New Zealand - shipping rate $15.00 AUD
US & Canada - shipping rate $20.00 AUD
UK - shipping rate $29.95 AUD

We are not liable for any customs duties and fees. Payment of any fees is the responsibility of the customer. Please check the product you are purchasing can be sent to your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns due to the types of products we stock.
We carefully inspect all items when preparing them during the packing process. However if you happen to receive a faulty item please send us an email to kobi@koracle.com.au including photos and details of the fault for further investigation and processing.
